Economists as religious zealots

Princeton professor Uwe E. Reinhardt points out the worst aspect of the profession of economics when used to make policy prescriptions. Religiously held convictions on what is a good economic theory model do not help develop theory, either. I want to say so much about this, but Professor Reinhardt said it very well already.
